Tanitpong “Paul” Chalermpanth
Chairman / Executive Principal
Tanitpong Chalermpanth, co-founder of KTGY INTER-ASSOCIATES,
LTD. possesses over 10 years of professional architectural
experience in the United States, serving as an associate
director of design in a major southern California architecture
firm. He has been directly responsible for inspiring the
quality of design that has earned commendations from the
professional community and the public. Since KTGY’s inception,
Mr. Chalermpanth has been responsible for daily operations,
directing design and developing new business for projects
in Thailand, Bangladesh, and China. Mr. Chalermpanth obtained
a Certificate of Architecture from California Polytechnic
University in Pomona, USA and is a member of the Association
of Siamese Architects. |

Sunantapat “Pat” Chalermpanth
Chairman / Executive Principal
Co-founder of KTGY INTER-ASSOCIATES, LTD., Sunantapat
Chalermpanth has practiced architecture for over 10 years
in the United States before establishing KTGY in Thailand.
As an associate director of design in a major architecture
firm in southern California, he oversaw projects that
have received numerous awards and citations. While responsible
now for new business development and maintaining client
relationships with local Thai clients as well as foreign
clients in China, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam, his
design and marketing insights and high standards ensure
exceptional quality in the final product for all clients.
Mr. Chalermpanth is a member of the Association of Siamese
Architects and received a Certificate of Architecture
from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, USA. |

Peerayos “Cookie” Amatayakul,
AIA
Executive Principal
Peerayos Amatayakul joined KTGY INTER-ASSOCIATES,
LTD. in 1991 bringing with him more than 12 years of experience
in the United States, as an associate at an architecture
firm in Washington, D.C. Mr. Amatayakul emphasizes a professional
commitment in design and project management that consistently
results in superior project yield and is responsible for
developing new business and maintaining effective client
relationships with developers in Thailand, India, Vietnam,
Burma, and Cambodia. In addition to professional registration
in Thailand, he is a licensed architect in Washington,
D.C., USA and is a member of the American Institute of
Architects and the Association of Siamese Architects.
Mr. Amatayakul earned a B.A. in Architecture Degree from
the University of Pennsylvania, USA and a Master of Architecture
Degree from Washington University in St. Louis, USA. |

Choompol “Ted” Supakalin
Principal / Director of Custom Residential Design
From 1991, Choompol Supakalin was responsible for management
of KTGY’s drafting and production department, overseeing
the production of construction documents for all of KTGY’s
designs. Beginning in 2001, Mr. Supakalin has also been
directing KTGY’s Custom Residential Design Department,
a newly-established department specializing in the design
of exquisite, yet practical, custom homes for the most
discerning of clients. His professional experience in
the Thai Civil Service has given him valuable insight
into the importance of public agency coordination with
successful project management. Mr. Supakalin holds a Bachelor
of Architecture Degree from Chulalongkorn University,
Thailand, and is a registered architect in Thailand as
well as member of the Association of Siamese Architects.

Songpole “Joe” Osothsongkroh
Principal / Director of Landscape Architecture and Planning
Instrumental to the growth of KTGY’s Landscape Architecture
and Planning Department, Songpole Osothsongkroh oversees
all of the site planning, master planning, and landscape
architecture services at KTGY INTER-ASSOCIATES, LTD. His
professional background includes design and management
positions with a number of leading landscape architecture
firms in Thailand. With the establishment of KTGY’s Landscape
Architecture Department in 2001, his expertise in the
landscape design and master planning of resort, residential,
and commercial projects, golf courses, parks, and recreational
facilities will soon be fully realized. He is a member
of the Thai Association of Landscape Architects and holds
a Master of Arts Degree from Colorado State University,
USA and Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Degree from
Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. |

Vatchaneeporn “Oy” Chalermpanth
Principal / Director of Finance, Accounting, and Human
Resources
Vatchaneeporn Chalermpanth directs accounting and financial
operations along with human resources management and the
supervision of office administration staff for KTGY. Her
responsibilities include client contract review, accounting
and asset management, personnel management, overseeing
the financial position of the firm, and implementing corporate
financial strategies. Ms. Chalermpanth earned a B.A. Degree
in Mathematics from California State University, Fullerton,
USA, and an MBA in Finance from Eastern Asia University.

Wisoot " Vi " Thubthimthed
Associate Principal / Director of Design
Wisoot Thubthimthed joined KTGY Inter-Associates, Ltd. in 1998. With more than 15 years of experience in architectural design and construction documents development, Mr. Thubthimthed has consistently enhanced his skills and experience as an Assistant Director of Design. With his expertise, he has contributed to the success of many projects involving resorts/hotels, office buildings, commercial and residential projects in Thailand , China , Vietnam , and the Maldives . He earned a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Silpakorn University and is a member of the Association of Siamese Architects. In 2005, he was promoted to Associate Principal and serves as one of the firm's two Design Directors. |

Suchart " Id " Rukachaisirikul
Associate Principal / Director of Design
Suchart Rukachaisirikul graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Chulalongkorn University in 1987 and had 10 years of professional experience in various types of projects before joining KTGY Inter-Associates, Ltd. as Assistant Design Director in 1997. He has been responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of his design team to ensure project quality and creativity, not only for projects in Thailand , but also for those in Bangladesh , India and Bhutan . Now as one of two Design Directors, Mr. Rukachaisirikul was made an Associate Principal of the firm in 2005. He is a member of the Association of Siamese Architects.
